Hi, I’m Nina, a Teacher of the Alexander Technique offering lessons in Chiswick, West London and all over the world online.
The Alexander Technique teaches us a more skilful ‘use of ourself’ (mind and body), bringing us back to how we are meant to function, naturally and with ease. It teaches us how to become aware of unhelpful neuro-muscular habits – often learned over a lifetime – which can affect our balance, co-ordination, freedom of movement and poise.
The Technique can be learned by anyone as a way to reduce muscular effort, alleviate pain, improve posture and breathing – with all the psychological benefits which this entails.
